Could sure use some prayers tonight
Boys, my youngest Daughter, 22, is in the ER today with a high fever, shortness of breath, and "Feels like an elephant is on her chest." Her O2 sats are good so far, tests are pending...would greatly appreciate any prayers you fellows might send to San Antonio tonight. Thanks to all.

Also if it is CV-19, I hope the treating physicians understand the pharmacology of ZINC, whether used with the evil hydroxychloroquine, the almost-as-evil azithromycin, the unblemished but less-proven doxycycline, or even the outsider quercetin (all of which may be of little use without zinc).... If she's further along there may be benefits from low dose naltrexone, high dose omega-3s, and dexamethasone. Unfortunately most intensivists are NOT well-versed in pharmacology - particularly the pharmacology of mere 'outpatient' medications, and anything 'nutritional' is dismissed as useless.
Not intending to editorialize on a prayer request, but don't hesitate to ask physicians who care for you or family if they are willing to consider particular treatment regimens. If they can articulate a reasonable case for doing otherwise, fine.

Thank you for your efforts, she was discharged from ER last night, will be keeping a keen eye on her, prayers help, I believe in it.

Friends our prayers have been answered!! Daughters test for CV 19 has come back negative, fever has gone so far and this fantastic young lady is feeling pretty Good!
She needs 1 more year to get her RN, works currently as an Aid with covid patients, and is a heck of a shooter. I thank you 12 Men for your prayers, I've never needed em so bad.
