WHAT FRAME SIZE GUN IS IT BUILT ON.... THE LARGER 44 SIZE FRAME OR THE SMALLER 357 SIZE FRAME

All the New Model Blackhawks (all calibers) are built on the same 44mag Super Blackhawk frame. (except the anniversary models)

Only difference is the grip frame and material. Steel vs aluminum.
...and I don't think he even knows it...Walks around with a half-assed grin...If he feels fear, he don't show it. Just rides into hell and back again.

IIRC, the old models were built on the larger frame as well. I think I interchanged the grips between my Super Blackhawk and my .30 M1 once for some reason. Both are old models.

Make sure you use ear protection with this 30 carbine mine rang for 2 days straight :shock:

The .30 carbine models are all on the large frame. This is the same frame as the SBH, which doesn't use a special frame.

Also the grip frames will interchange between the old model small frames and the old model large frames.
