How rare is the Winchester 307? I am just curious.

We went to the last Tulsa show and a buddy of mine was looking for one.
We found 2 in the entire place. One was being sold as we walked up to the table and the other was waaaaaay over priced. The first one was like new and sold for $800.00. The second one was well used and had many scratches in wood and bluing. $1500.00  sounded a little high for that one.

Anyone have the production figures for these and other BigBore models/chamberings?
Sincerely,

Hobie

I sold one a couple months back. I took $550 for it. Seemed fair to me. You can find them but you have to be patient. next time you see one at a gun show get the dealers card and call him 3 months later. he will still have the gun. then offer what you think would be a fair price. chances are he will be tired of hauling the thing around.

Runs in my mind that it was a bit less than 3000 in the 94 big bore.
