Marlin 40-65 Bullet mould??

Post by aak »

I am getting out of Bullets...
I got bullets with my gun when I bought it, but now I'm getting out of it.
The bullets I got are cal .40 and 320 gn and of course flat nose
The only mould I can find is .401 and 175 gn
Any idea's what to do?

accuratemolds.com I like 3 cavity brass but a single cavity may be all you need.

You'll probably need a .406 or .408 bullet if similar to Winchester barrels. Check with Buffalo Arms for mold or bullets. Here is the link https://www.buffaloarms.com
there is no such thing as a miss if you still have ammo

The RCBS CSA .40-300 Mold is just what you need. I use it in numerous .40 caliber rifle cases and it works great in all of them. In my Rolling Block in .40-65 it will hold well out to even the 1,000 yd. dinger. In my mix it comes out closer to 315 gr. weight.

Thanks,

I already ordered the LYMAN .406 but 240 gn mould.
I'm living in Europe and the only company that supplies these moulds is Brownells Europe.
They have limited number of moulds, and they have the RCBS CSA .40-300 moulds not in their product range..
Midway USA is not shipping to Europe...
Best thing is to move to the US :)
