Looks like it would do the job. What blade is that on there?

Nice way to re-use an old dull blade. I can see that it is held on with screws, and could be removed to sharpen or replace it.

Ah ha! So that's where the ' Trim Lion' moulding trimmer came from! Never thought about using my trim knife for appetizers! Has a blade on each end so I can slice cheese on one end and salami on the other!!
All kidding aside Pitchy, you have done it again- that's great!

I ground all the teeth of it and put a wide bevel on one side.

Hey! I just saw this!. Good job buddy. I have a meat and cheese slicer too. I eat a lot of that stuff while watching tv.
