Nice way to re-use an old dull blade. I can see that it is held on with screws, and could be removed to sharpen or replace it.

Ah ha! So that's where the ' Trim Lion' moulding trimmer came from! Never thought about using my trim knife for appetizers! Has a blade on each end so I can slice cheese on one end and salami on the other!!

I ground all the teeth of it and put a wide bevel on one side.
