I took a look at loaddata.com and there was no loads there either. The lightest bullet I saw listed was a 145 gr bullet and 20 grs was max.

My .357's never see jacketed bullets so I have no experience at all in that department. But out of "Levergunner curiosity" I looked at your question in QuickLoad and for a 1.59" COAL it says 20 grains is max. But it would be whistling along at nearly 2300 fps, so no slouch. And Lil'Gun gets the nod from QL as delivering the highest velocity at max pressure of any powder, though Norma R123 and H110 are close.
