I sold him a uberti 1866 SRC in 22 long rifle.....he seemed to really like it... wonder of he still has it?

I thought I only needed my uberti 1873 in 22 WMR...but finally broke down and got another 66 also.

I'm curious if he has a 357 B&D lever and/or a 30/357?
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

250 Savage... its what the 223 wishes it could be...!

Yes. He still has the rifle and keeps it near the door where he can grab it quick if needed.

He has a 30/357 handgun, not a levergun. He makes dies for the 30/357 ... or did for himself anyway.

It appears that he will not shoot an ugly gun. Those are some good looking guns.

This is what I call a "post of substance". I remember the stories Paco wrote about the .219 Zipper.....a cartridge near impossible to find in a production model. Paco had a lot of old cool leverguns.....many of which were stolen with others being burned up in a car fire.

I've learned a lot from Paco's writings and why this post only has 8 responses is beyond my imagination. This is the guy who started it all! Gave us a place to hang out.....then someone makes a post on "what kind of gasoline do you put in your sedan?" and it will get 200 responses. :D the irony of it all.

Cool guns Paco and thanks Jim for taking the time to show us what the master has.------6

I have most of his writings and refer to them often.
Most recently the 375 Winchester.

Thank you, Paco.

JimT i surely admire the wood on that 92 in 44 mag  Is that a factory extra, or did Paco add that nice wood? Never seen a 92 dressed up so nice.

Thanks. If I had one that fancy, I believe I'd have to paint my truck to match it!
