Gunny, we do hit the century mark off and on in May and June before the monsoons come in July. I moved here from southern Oregon, where it got hotter. And it is nowhere near as hot here as Redding, California, or Phoenix-Tucson. But yes, I run up an air-conditioning bill in late spring and summer.
