"Raising Free-Range Venison..."

Post by AJMD429 »

https://clashdaily.com/2019/01/going-or ... inability/

....reminds me of when I told a relative that in addition to our organic gardening, we had a couple dairy goats, free-range chickens, and......"we also raise free-range venison...."... :D

He said "Wow, that's so cool.....how do you do that...?"

I said "It's called 'deer hunting'...."

The look on his face was priceless.

I used to have a venison feed lot. It was in the back yard and I would feed twice a day. As I would come down the street on my way home the deer would come running. By the time I got into the house they would be waiting. Ofcourse the dogs would go out and scare them off they always came back to eat. I shot a lot of nice bucks during the rut in the backyard!
