Right. $249 until midnight 1/11. i'm normally not one to impulse buy, but that's stupid cheap for a an upper with the charging handle and BCG. get a decent deal on a full lower and you would be out the door for under $400 for a fully built 300blk pistol. Slap a blade/brace on the badboy and you're ready to rock. Link is here if you're interested, but dang. It's not like I intended to just up and drop money on the platform. Sure, 300blk has always been that kinda cool thing with 556, but... that's a steal. And free shipping. Not even sure what I'll do with it. I feel so, so dirty

But don't worry. The religion of The Lever is never far from my heart :D

if you buy an ar like i did  get the upgrade on the charging handle, with mine i can charge it with just one finger on the left side of the handle, and you can still use both fingers if u want. once you go one finger, you wont like using two after that.

I think the AR-pistol is the best iteration of the 300 Blackout, and the 300 Blackout is the best iteration of the AR-pistol.

> 300 Blk in my experience hasn't been accurate enough to justify a bolt-action's slowness, or the bulk of a rifle.
> 300 Blk is ideal for suppression, so a pistol or SBR is the perfect way to implement the cartridge.
> AR-pistols in 223 are horribly LOUD and you lose bunches of velocity, but do well with 300 Blk.

Nice! I did the same thing a couple years ago with a 16" free float upper. Best thing i ever did.
I actually prefer to shoot it over 5.56. As far as accuracy, I've had good results with mine with a 1:8 twist.

Attach a sling to it so that you don't have to keep it in your hand all the time, and it would probably be good for woods walking where there are no large predators.
