Things stayed pretty busy....

I got 140 pictures, 115 with deer visible. Studying all of them this PM, I think I count 9 different bucks These are just the highlights.

ML season starts 10/1, regular gun season 10/11. I am rarin' to go!

I think he's the one I've been watching for 4 years. Last year at first light on opening day, I thought I'd gotten him -- until he came out 3 minutes after I'd shot one that was slightly smaller, and never offered me a shot. Now I know he's still around, patience is my plan...

This is the first time I've ever used a game camera in all my decades of deer hunting. My best friend found 2 of them on his property last year and confiscated them, leaving a note for the owner to come and claim them. When he didn't (surprise, surprise) my buddy gave me one of them. Sure is fun seeing what's going on when no one's around!
