Prayer request for a friend.

Post by ole pizen slinger »

Guys,
A shooting buddy is in the hospital. He was found to have blood clots in his lungs and heart. The clot in the heart has been dissolved but I don't think the ones in the lungs have. His name is Charles Outler. Please take the time to pray that he will have a full and speedy recovery. Thanks!

Thank you for all the prayers. Charles is now home. The doctors found a large blood clot in his heart and more clots in both lungs. Heparin dissolved the clot in the heart. The clots in the lungs took longer. Tests showed improvement in heart function from 30% to 40%. Doctor said he was a 'dead man standing' when he entered the hospital. It's nice to have Christian friends when trouble arises. Thanks again guys.

Excellent news! One of the guys who reports to me just went into the hospital for clots. No fun for sure (but better than the alternative).

Good to know that he is better. Things sure could have turned out badly. Prayer works.
