Parker EH #3 frame with 12 gauge barrels

Post by 6pt-sika »

I was at the range yesterday afternoon to try slugs in my 10 gauge Macfarlane ML . So I took along my Parker EH #3 frame with the 32" steel twist 12 gauge barrels so I could try the Lyman 525 slug and 0 Buck .

The right barrel at 25 yards I wouldn't swear I didn't pull that one .

The left barrel at 25 yards .

Well this gun with the new to it 12 gauge barrels seems to me to be fine with #8 shot at skeet and trap , 0 Buck and Lyman 525 slugs . So all thats left to do is see how it patterns at 40 yards with #1 Bismuth !

I say the gun is fine for skeet although it's choked TIGHT .
