Looks a lot like my 69 J2000 Gladiator except I doubt it has a built 350, T18 and Dana 44's with 4:10's . But I bet it will haul a lot of groceries.

It'll never be built as it looks. Big Brother wouldn't let them as its too high and not safe for the Prius drivers.
Car companies basically only decide what color to paint what .Gov tells them to build.
"Oh bother", said Pooh, as he chambered another round.
I saw an updated article last week. They might put that little V6 Turbo Diesel in it. The same one they use in the Cherokee, and the Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. 24-25 mpg is the worst I get with mine, and it's usually about 28-30 out on the road cruising....

Oh, look.
A shot at soccer moms who like Jeeps.
I had Jeepitis once, several built CJ's including a CJ8 pickup with 350, 4" lift and 35's. Thank God I got cured of that. I finally realized that by the time I was done what had really happened is I slowly installed all the parts from a Chevy onto a Jeep, but it still didn't have a heater, AC and could barely cram myself around the steering wheel. CJ5's were the worst. I'll take a Toyota 4Runner or a full size Bronco over a Jeep any day now that I know better.
As far as I can tell, owning an old Jeep CJ is pretty close to vehicular masochism. A boat with wheels as it were.

I do hope it happens, especially if it has a little diesel. I got all excited when Mahindra said it was going to import their little diesel truck a few years ago but that fell through. Here's hoping this doesn't. Jeep has a lot going for them that Mahindra didn't, particularly a dealer network and name recognition.
