1930-40s would be my guess... tho' could be as late as the early '50s.

How about the mom in "Every Which Way but Loose" with the double barrel going against the black Widows?
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

CRS< How could I forget it was a '97. BTW my grandpa's 1897, turned out to be a "97 made in '41 or '42 according to gent my brother had researching it. Does that sound right with WW2 going on? Todd/3legcasastahle wrote:
