Switched out my Vaquero ejector rod

Post by Mossyoak1957 »

Picked up my Ruger Vaquero "Montado" .45 LC.a few weeks back and just didn't like the look of the ejector rod so I ordered the other crescent style rod from Ruger, had to cut the rod down to the correct length because my barrel is only a 3.75 in. also had to buff the crescent to a shine because it was a dull stainless steel. Also buffed out the ejector rod housing,it was a dull stainless finish also.

Now she looks like a cowboy gun...
