I'm going to use my X bow for turkey in the spring.
I really don't want to use a broad head.
Decided to try my hand at making my own small game thumper.
I used a perfect fitting steel washer and turned down a field point to get a combined weight of 100 grains.
Tooling a punch and die machine is best but costly.
I made a simple tool for a fly press at work to form my triangle so the points point forward.
They worked too.
I just got me a cheap flat bow#50, I can not believe how nice it is shoot, now where did I put those washers

I think I would try the blunt on some varmints and small game first. I have shot judo points through a rabbits head and even heard of a pronghorn being killed by one. I would also look into a cheaper expandable for turkey.
I question this because I saw feathers stop a lot of shot from a shotgun and personally would feel better cutting through, but wish you success and know it would be a small game killer.

I'm not to concerned about the lethality of that 367 grain bolt & blunt combination pushing 320 fps.
Meat destruction is more my concern.
Many don't consider the turkey to be small game. While that head would be superb on game such as rabbit and squirrel, I personally wouldn't use it on turkey. After 44yrs of bowhunting experience, for me anything groundhog size and up gets a sharp broadhead.
