Thoughts for on Veterans Day.

Post by Gobblerforge »

We arrived home last night from My Brother in Law's funeral at Fort Leonard Wood. My first and hopefully my last military funeral. It still makes me shake. I won't go on at this point other than to say my sister could use some prayers.
Thank you.

Thanks folks and yes, Blaine, Mike was. There was a 10 day span or so that he was the most decorated person at the pentagon. One medal that he had was noted that only two people at the pentagon had it. Mike Cline and Colon Powell. Mike was loved by many, hated by a few and respected by all.

I did some wiki time and found that there is a lot of information about military awards.
I believe this is the medal that only Mike Cline and Colin Powel shared.
