I'm getting that "feeling" in my scalp again and I can tell you that there is little worse than Shingles... unless it's Shingles on your scalp and you need to shave the hair ff of it to put your antiviral cream on.

Well, the story I got from my regular Doc was you can only get it once, and since I had had it I didn't need the shot. Then I talked with another Doc who said that was not right, and the shot will definitely prevent you from getting it. So, I got that shot quick, didn't want to take any chances with that stuff.

The Shingles shot, Zostavax, can prevent it even if you have had it before. It doesn't help while you are symptomatic. If you are already feeling the symptoms, then you need to wait until about a month after all symptoms subside.

Obsidian (volcanic glass) is a stone and the edges of a broken piece as sharp or sharper than any razor. Used by natives to make arrow heads.

An idea... get some lollypops and go as Telly Savalas on Halloween.

Chuck, the obsidian is sharp due to the ability to fracture to within an atom or 2 thickness. Steel doesn't get thinner than about 10 atoms or it bends. I read where a surgeon was talked into using an obsidian knife by an archeologist. The surgeon said it was the sharpest blade he had ever used.
