Darn, I meant to join in on this yesterday. Back in 1986, a pal and I were in Vancouver B.C. attending Expo 86 on Canada Day. Canadians, already about the friendliest folks on the planet, were simply infused with gemutlichkeit that day -- and so was the crowd gulping down suds in the German pavilion!

Thanks, we do live in a wonderful country.

Happy Fourth, it should be a great day as it falls on Friday this year. A good party and still a 2 day weekend to rest up for Monday!

I am enjoying being here in Alberta and celebrating Canada Day with our neighbors of the North. This is a yearly event for me. Saw fireworks in Banff last night and celebrated all day with many events. A beautiful country and very blessed to enjoy it with all who live here. Even the bears

Gosh we nearly went out to Banff on Canada, but hung around the house to watch team USA play soccer. If your passing back thru Calgary drop me a line.
