Garage archeology
I was performing a 'dig' in my garage the other day and I came across these axe heads.
Like finding a couple of old friends.
I remember when I bought them about 35 years ago, I thought the handles that came with them were too decorative for use. Left them on for a few years and they held up pretty good, but they got burnt and cracked the way battle-axe handles will.
I took the originals off, telling myself that I'd put better handles on when I had time and could afford it.
Well, maybe it can be found in the budget.
I mean, because it's important...

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.
History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

Yeah, I just hate that when it happens, but all my battle-axes keep cracking or get burned.FWiedner wrote:...they held up pretty good, but they got burnt and cracked the way battle-axe handles will....
