Welcome. I have learned a great deal here, and not just about leverguns. There are a bunch of knowledgeable people here who are willing to help you out. I have received tips and help from a lot of them, including 86er, Buck Elliott, Mike Rintoul, 1886, Sixgun, CRS, Tycer, BrianSH, and many others. You will enjoy it here.

What is life like in Burkina Faso, and how did you come to be there...? What are their 'gun laws' like, and what kind of hunting and/or recreational shooting opportunities are there...?

Regardless of where a person is, a Levergun can be one of the most practical firearms to own, particularly a 'pistol-caliber' one along with a companion handgun in the same chambering...
