This must be the precursor to the Dodge Power Wagon that was common in the oil fields in the 1950s.

Proving that folks have known for quite some time that when it's sticky gooey mud, tall thin tires are the way to go.

Best vehicle I ever had in mud was a CJ-5 with a 4 banger and 15x7 tires. Most of the time, it would just idle through the mud without having to lock the hubs.
