I've got the soup pot on boil!
I owned one of those a few years ago. Switched the #11 nipples for musket nipples. Those caps ALWAYS go off.
It was a real hunter. And it loved .69 round ball with a wad front and back.

I've still got my double muzzleloading 12, just haven't done anything with it in years. But when I was using it, it was my main hunting gun. Then I got a levergun and decided that maybe those fancy cartridge guns were going to catch on after all.
I just patched the .69 roundballs and used them that way. But it was deadly with 1 3/8 oz of shot.

Up one size in the pants(loose fit)
