None that I've seen are anti-carry, but your mileage may vary.
Background, Starbucks got caught in the middle of anti-gun politics. The banners demanded Starbucks join the anti-gun crowd, Starbucks said, 'no, we don't think we'll get involved', and the pro-carry people have decided to reward them as much as we can.
I do like the Americano. Any idea what we're supposed to tell them when we go in? It seems like if we miss it by a day it kind of loses some of the push effect.

It's easier to fool people than it is to convince them they have been fooled.
Man - missed it, but I will go to Starbucks anyway --- its rare that I drink coffee but when I do, I like a bit of a jolt -- so triple espresso shot with a splash of skim milk for me ! that will get the party started!

That is me to a tee, Mr Murbach just once every couple of weeks on those days I only get 4 hours of sleep --- I don't drink soda either , but I drink sparkling mineral water by the gallon seemingly
I like their Blond Roast for making it at home. It is about a medium roast and tastes better than Folgers or Maxwell House. When I do go to Starbuck's, I get the cinnamon flavored hot coffee with the milk in it. Expresso or something like that. Right now I have a cup of coffee beside me that Sighthunter made. It is the Starbuck's Blond Roast. I show my appreciation by drinking what I like.

Starbucks has done well with their business model of specialty drinks, and high quality control. With the exception of two airport kiosks, I've never had a bad drink there.
Hint, go to their stores, stay away from the kiosks and Starbucks built inside another building.
Their straight coffee for a long while was, well, terrible. They went with a dark roast not to most people's taste and it was well deserving of the nickname Starburnt.
/digression/
Dark roast coffee or so-called French roast has in my mind been the biggest joke in the coffee industry. My personal opinion is way back there someone over-roasted their coffee beans and trying to work their way about it decided to call it a fancy name 'French Roast' to see if the idiots would buy it. Surprisingly, people fell for it and we've been stuck with it since

Right now Starbucks has *three* straight coffee blends. I stay away from the dark (see digression above) and I haven't tried the blonde. But the medium Pike Place roast is pretty darn good. Next time you're buy, look for their re-useable cup. Buy the cup, the first coffee is free. At participating Starbucks during the week, a refill is fifty cents(!) and it's a little more on weekends. I'm on thirteen refills on my current cup and will be adding more.
A bit about me...yes, I am a coffee snob. I have a v. expensive expresso machine. (don't ask how much, I don't want in any writing the possibility my wife may find out how much I spent!) I roast my own coffee beans. I'm not an expert but I'm more than passing familiar.
Regular black coffee - free at the office, cheap at home. Not getting me for $3.50 to $4 - that is the biggest scam going. If I did want something like that I would just add cream and sugar. Starbucks???????? Why?
