Hornady digital powder scale

Say fellas i ordered a Hornady 1500 digital powder scale today.
As usual i read some reviews after i ordered it :roll:
There were mixed opinions about it most not liking the one minute shut off and seems when weighing light loads it varies a little.
Anyone use one and what are you opinions.

Never used one, but you're not the only one to read the reviews AFTER you order something. . . :oops:

It is probably like any other tool - some 'weak points' you'll need to learn and deal with, but likely decent overall or they wouldn't stay in business.

Zero it out with the known weight, and, I'll bet you're tickled pink! I've been doing 45-70 with dippers, and cannot complain about any accuracy loss. I'd like to get one of the ones that automatically throw the powder in the pan.

I have a Dillon. Took me awhile to get one, but I wouldn't be without it any more.
My mind reader refuses to charge me..........

I have one and really like it. When I first got it I cross referenced charge weights from 2.5 to 80 grs. with my RCBS beam scale and found no issues. Occasionally I'll still check it just to be sure but thus far no problems and it's quicker than waiting for a beam scale to balance out.

Thanks, i don`t weigh every load just check it every so often so should work good.
I`ll compare too my beam scale for a while till i trust it.
Will up-date next week when i get it. :)
