I didn't want to redirect Mescalero's great ".22 Mag" ammo thread, so heres a new thread for .22 Mag rifles and pistols.
Top to bottom...the 2nd, 4th and 6th are .22 Mag. Winchester Model 9422 20" carbines and 16" Trapper:
The bottom rifle is a .22 Mag 9422 Legacy:
I like the Legacy the best and the Trapper the least.

What...???? No MARLINS...????
(even worse - no Rugers...
)
Actually, the Ruger .22 WMR levergun above (shown with a Ruger 77/22 LR) was subsequently converted (took almost ten minutes
) to a .17 HMR levergun. The 9-shot detachable magazines work for both rounds, and the barrel-swap is reversable and takes only an allen-wrench.

I just have a Single Six and a Henry lever action. I love both.

Sell? Sell? I've acquired a large loop lever for that .22 Mag Trapper to use with gloves in the winter, and another Winchester stock (pictured below) to put on it. I think I'm going to like that .22 Mag Trapper better!

That is mighty fine wood. I like the idea of the large loop also. Looking forward to seeing pictures when you get that done. Blessings.
OS no need to be jumping ahead in line there !

Very nice .22 Mag pistols and leather Guys. I'd like to have a 22 pistol with interchangeable 22LR/22Mag cylinders. Recommendations?

If we get in the same neck of the woods I'll let you shoot it and if you like it you can buy it for a real good price. Nothing wrong with it! I just don't seem to shoot it much. They're not high end guns though pard - a bit rough and not real pretty. They do go bang though!

Great stuff Victor!!
Here's the only .22 Magnum I have right now. Been wanting a Single Six to go along with it.
Really love this little rifle. Does a number on the red squirrels around my cabin.

No, dead easy with the correct chamber reamer, just had to soften the ejector and then reheat treat it. Just took it slowly.

I shot my colt 22 mag this am just before chainsawing 100 yards of mesquite out of the fence line.
Shooting the colt was a hoot. The rest not so much.

No pic's but, 94/22m that was rough when I got it so I bead blasted and parkerized, customized 10/22m, AMT II 6", ruger single six 22/22m 5 1/2".
AMT stays in pickup, works great on skunks.

Here's my only 22 Mag, a S & W 651 with a grouse I shot with it some years ago. This revolver has been carried many a mile by me over the years.
