They are roughed out on a duplicator I made using patterns
copied from factory grips and modified a little to give more wood to allow custom fitting to the grip frame.
In other words ,I made the patterns.
They can be finished from that stage using a 6" half round file and sandpaper followed by about a dozen coats of hand rubbed Tru-Oil.

Nice job. I like your duplicator ; seems like it could have other uses as well.
