I am curious if these rifles are any better than the less expensive NEF/H&R Handi-Rifle? Louisiana Dept. of Wildlife and Fisheries in its great wisdom has decided that either of these rifles in 35 caliber and above maybe used in our "Primitive weapons"season (among other single shots with exposed hammers). I like the looks of the CVA better than the NEF/ H&R. Both are available in 35 Whelen and that cartridge is very interesting. I am a 35 caliber fan. What do you say?
