Prayer request for Grand Daughter - Update !!

Please put My G-daughter in Your Prayers. She was making some tortilla chips when the pan caught fire. She picked it up to take it outside and dropped it and the fire just exploded and caught Her pajamas on fire. She is in ICU at UC Davis in Sac. She is wrapped from the waist down,Doc thinks there are only a couple places that might be 3rd degree. She is in alot of Pain and it makes this Old G-pa cry to know one of His Babies is suffering. She will probably be in Hospital for a couple weeks.
She is 22 years old and definitly needs all the Prayers She can get. We serve a Good God and He is able.

Perry, would appreciate an update on the extent of her burns and the prognosis. Treatments are so much better now than they used to be, but burns remain among the most painful injuries to heal from. Fresh prayers this morning for her comfort and peace.

I don't have anything new. She is heavily sedated to calm the Pain. She is about 50 miles from where I live. We will go see Her tomorrow after My Wife gets off work. My Daughter called Her this morning and woke Her up so I want to try and avoid disturbing Her.I will update as I get any new Info.

They are going to do a skin graft on Monday on one of Her ankles. They will be taking skin from the front of Her Thigh. At this point I don't know if this the only place they will graft or not. After just 2 days She wants to go Home but will probably remain in the Hospital for 2 weeks.

Prayers sent. I also understand her wanting to go home. I'm sure she is in much more pain than I was after my surgery, but after 2 stays in the hospital last week, I'd much rather be miserable in my own bed than in the hospital. Hope she gets her wish soon.
