Is it a REAL 1911 or is it half tupperware?

I do like the look of it.

Glock needs to make single stack magazine 31/2" barrelled 9's and 40's. They can make extended mags as acessories. 8)

The first picture is (look at the URL). The 2nd might be a good Photoshop, but it may just as well be a great prank with rollstamping by a custom 1911 maker just to tweak the Glocksters at the gun show.

If Glock went into the 22 long rifle market...Walther would stop making the P22.
always press the "red" button--- it's worth the effort and the results can be fun

Someone sort of already has. I have one of these and it's a fun and well made shooter:

I think I'd still prefer the "Glockerized" version just to tweak the Glockster Acolytes I hang around...

With the model numbering system they've been using...it could get interesting if their next one were chambered in .22
Tam did a whole "who's on first?" thing about it on her blog quite awhile ago.
Sort of went like:

"Is that the new Glock .22?
Yup, it's a Glock 40.
Oh, a Glock .40. I thought it might be something new, but it's just a Glock 22.
Yes, a Glock .22."

And so on.
