Great News about the Elmer Keith Museum
I am organizing a gun enthusiast trip to the USA from Australia this November & one of the stops was to be the Elmer Keith Museum at Cabela's in Boise Idaho. There were a lot of internet rumors of it's demise, but the manager at Cabela's assures me there are no plans to close it & it will still be there in November for us to see.

I am really glad to hear that, I should be there to see it in early June.
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres
