Cake balls, what else? :mrgreen:

Chocolate with white chocolate coating

For something that sounds so simple, it sure is labor intensive. I baked the cakes last night, did the rest of the process tonight and it took a little under 4 hours. 6 hours total if you count the baking and prep last night. :shock: But we wound up with 80-85 cake balls. I'm sure there's an easier way, I just don't know it yet. :lol:

This is my second attempt. Last time I did red velvet dipped in chocolate. This time I did the red velvet as well as the chocolate. Split each batch and dipped half in chocolate and the other half in white chocolate. Well, almost half. My wife likes them undipped so I set some of each aside for her and put them in their own bag.

This is cruel and unusual punishment for those of us that can't eat such things. Psst, how about smuggling me a bunch past my wife. :wink:
