Help me spend money - Pictures added of the one I got

Post by rjohns94 »

Looking for a Winchester 94 takedown, crescent butt, for rifle, octagon barrel. 30/30, 32 special,38-55. Good condition. Original tang sight a bonus. So how much SHOULD I spend and how much SHOULD I expect to pay.

of course , it depends on condition and rarity .

with that said , 1500.00 to 2500.00.
for a real nice one.
big window , huh?

as to condition, what do you think of this one?
good , rough , or what?

or this? are these the condition you are looking for?
better? worse?

Both totally fantasy priced. Reality would be half that.

Take a look at the pre-64 1894s on Guns International. Some are fairly priced for condition, some not so. Typical of the i-net these days. :|

not really looking at price, just wanted to see what
good condition means to the OP.

You know one that I think is cool (but not what your looking for though)?

I like the second one (though too rich for my blood)!

Yeah saw that one. I'll pass on that one. I am just looking for a nice representative one but takedown, octagon, full mag, crescent butt are non negotiable

Pictures found here:

http://s222.photobucket.com/albums/dd20 ... ster%2094/

its a 30WCF 26 inch octagon barrel, straight grip stock, takedown, crescent butt. My favorite configuration for a levergun. Like sixgun, I will stoke it with 170 grain ammo.
