When I saw mav's thread on gun drawings I thought it meant drawings of guns, not drawings for guns. It reminded me of a set of pencil drawings of Colt revolvers that were published by San Francisco Gun Exchange back in the '50s. There were six drawings, each of a famous Colt revolver, by an artist called Daley. Here's one from my set:
They also published a set of Winchester rifle drawings but it was sold out by the time I heard about it.
Does anyone have the Winchester set?

Very neat -- sure would like to see the one for the 1861 Navy though, as that's my favorite Colt. And the most beautiful design, to me.
