OT--Ok lets make a knife

Post by Pitchy »

Round yourself up a old pair of sheep shears and cut them in half then shape to fit handle of your choice.

Drill a couple holes in the handle for pins and epoxy it on then drill holes through the steel part for the handle.

You can peen over the pins or cut them shorter and epoxi them in.

Makes a very sharp knife as there is good steel in the shears. :)

Now there's a knife with character, Pitchy! And a fine set of pictures, too.

And speaking of character, that ball-peen hammer looks like it has been around since Heck was a pup, or maybe before.

Both are cool, though I must admit I like the hatchet more. Very nice indeed.
