M. M.'s arsenal
Thought some of you might like to see my collection of leverguns. A judge once called the contents of my safe an "arsenal".

Cool!
Did you correct the Judge? Arsenals are where they make ordinance/ arms. Armorys are where they store it.

M.M.,
That's a pretty decent collection of lever guns. I like those with honest wear on them. They have character.
I don't know where Vinita, I.T. is, but if I put all mine outside to take a photo of I'd have the SWAT teams from a half dozen cities at my place in heartbeat. And I don't even have half what you got.

Re: M. M.'s arsenal
Very fine looking batch of leverguns, M.M. I can see you are a Browning fan. What is your experience with them? The only one I ever got to shoot had kinda' a poor trigger-pull on it, but seemed real fine in the accuracy department, though we were just popping white rocks on a far hillside, not making any groups. I didn't know if that particular rifle was representative or not.
My "armory" won't be quite complete until I add a Browning or two, I am thinking, but none of my shooting buddies has one for me to try and make sure I like it...

I think you're still missing a few...
Seriously... Just get "1 more", then send them all over to KirkD and you can make your own Leverguns calendar!

BLR, Belgian .308, This one I've had since about 1980, the first one I acquired. You can see it has a lot of wear on it but it still shoots little bitty groups. 1.5" or so with a 2.5X redfield with a post. Had to replace the butt stock since some cowboy had carried around in the floorboard of his truck next to high-lift jack. The imprint of the tongue was worn almost to the tang metal. The other BLRs are for my grandchildren. The older ones already have theirs and the ones in this picture go when they are old enough.
earlmck, Get yourself one. You'll like it. Handles similar to a '94 but shoots flat enough for 300 yards.
