OT - New Shooter

Post by bmtshooter »

I introduced a first-timer to shooting using water filled pumpkins this weekend. The results were pretty dramatic. There's nothing like reactive targets to make the first shooting experience fun. The horses loved eating the resulting pumpkin pulp.

Congradulations on helping out a new shooter.

Not to be critical, but now you have to teach that young lady to be more careful with her trigger finger when the firearm she is holding is not pointed at the intended target.

Take care.

Neat idea! I agree - reactive targets are the best, no matter if it is your first time out, or your 1000th time!!! :D
