I'll give those ladies their due; but I am fortunate in that I don't have to look further than across the room for a beautiful girl who not ONLY puts up with my vices...she enjoys them as well!

My vote goes to Stana Katic for the moment although I like Beckinsale and a few others I can't recall at the moment.

I saw a show recently about the "sexiest" women in movies...the top 50. Many of the ones you all have mentioned are in that list...Racquel, Natalie, Halle, Ann, Grace, Ingrid, Greta, Sophia, Meg, etc. The #1 was Marilyn, followed by Angelina Jolie, with Sophia 3rd. Don't forget Catherine Deneuve, Sharon Stone, Michelle Pfieffer, Jacqueline Bisset, Jacqueline Smith (Charley's Angels), Audrey Hepburn and many, many others. I also agree with some newcomers, Like Jessica Alba and Biel.

As someone said, ... too many beautiful women in the world (and not enough years in my life to enjoy them all!)

I can understand how you would think that those three people that look like women are pretty you being a shut in and all. But some of do get out in the world and those three tend to make us think of whore house residents.
I don't know if I can sleep tonight just thinking of one of those lovelies stopping by. There isn't enough medicine in the world to help with all the disease they would leave behind. Would have to go end it all so as not to infect anyone else.

Phoebe Cates -- Not just another pretty face! She is the long-time happily married wife of Kevin Kline and mother of two... without all the usual Hollywood drama that we see from the likes of Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Anniston.

Having observed the female gender in much detail (...after all, I am a doctor... ) over several decades, I've come to the conclusion that the part of a woman that determines whether or not she's "sexy" or "beautiful" or whatever is - her smile.

Probably because that's the part that tells you if she thinks you're loveable vs. a loser, or if she's kind vs. mean. The other parts of the topography are pretty interesting, but it is the smile that tells you if, as Louis L'Amour says, "she's one to ride the river with". Besides, we all know it's true that "if Momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy..."

Lots of smiles in the pics in this thread.

The most genuine seem to be from family and friends, with the movie stars and so on sometimes looking pretty good too (though sometimes in a 'safe queen' kind of way).

Notice how the word 'genuine' just doesn't come to mind with the Clinton and Pelosi pics, though.

Dunno about beautiful but here's the most friendly president's wife I ever met. President Calvin Coolidge was in the Black hills in July 1927 to dedicate Mt Rushmore so Gutzum Borglum could start carving faces there and his wife, Grace was out in front of their Game Lodge visiting all who stopped to talk. She offered to hold my folks 11 month old boy for the picture - my mother never forgave me for looking at her Chow Chow instead of the camera.

Security was different then - wish we could go back to those days.
