Hi ya'll. I haven't been on this board in a couple of years. I'm a deployed soldier and SASS member. I am down to 4 levers now - Winchester 94, 1894 Marlin, and 2 Rossi (one slicked by Steve before I bought it). Ya'll might remember me as the guy with the Spencer that was interatested in trying to modify a 92 to handle the .56-50 round. Naturally this was before you changed the site up. I wish I hadn't sold that spencer, but I had to buy a few things before this deployment.

I'm still in Iraq. I finally was able to get a semi reliable internet so I could do some surfing. I'm on my third tour and I just got word I'm being extended. No big deal as long as they get me home before the next deer season. LOL

I am too new to have met you, so I am glad to meet you. From a former 11B1P with flat feet, thanks for serving! Don't forget to duck. When you come home, if you fly through Dallas, post it and I'll try to get away from work and buy you a meal or a beer, or both.

If you have anything to say about the electronics on your LBE, let me know and I'll pass the word along to my younger brother. He is a WO4 who works on computers. He was in on setting up the locater software. I don't know any more as the rest is all classified. Sometimes it helps to pass along raw data and avoid the people who re-work it before the computer nerds get to see it.
