First I know paypal will not let you buy guns with there program but what about reloading supplies. And second if you can buy reloading supplies is there any place that sells them and takes paypal?

PayPal is not able to read minds. You and the seller are the only ones who know what is in the boxes. When in doubt just mark the transaction as services. I've done that.
As for who sell components and uses PayPal, I don't know.

Why does anyone use PayPal? They are anti gun/anti shooting! You can send a check or money order in lieu of PayPal. You may have to wait a little longer, or plan a littler further in advance, but PayPal should be boycotted by anyone who is a shooter or hunter. If a vendor only accepts payment via PayPal, find another vendor.

There are still lots of gun stuff sellers, truly commercial and individuals, using PayPal. They must not worry about it too much as I pay and get my stuff... That said, I'm trying GearPay but can't get anyone else to use it!
