Stopped in a gunshop I've never been to before. Nice guys. Ended up buyin a S&W Model 22 Thunder Ranch in 45acp. One of the few guns I've seen in a long time that struck me. Can't wait to shoot it!
Even with the lock I still love it.

yes, I got a few with the gun, I read about the polymer RIMZ on gunblast.com and ordered some of those. It says you don't need the tools to load and unload the RIMZ, I'll see how they do. I just about cut my thumb loadin the steel one with no tools. Thats on the list of must have now.
I love the way it handles. It's a square butt Nframe. S&W put a set of checkered cocobola "magna" style stocks. And it just sits right in my hand. Might get a T grip too.
