Latest Ammo. Purchase.

Post by cshold »

I'm sure not the greatest deal in the world,
9 box assortment for $10.00 a box.
My question is, what would you use the
box of Winchester 150 gr. hollow points on :?:

I have a cousin in Louisiana that used to use those on the little whitetails around his property. They averaged around 70 lbs dressed. He hunted in the swamplands and shot them in the lungs. He claimed it put them down quicker than anything else. He did that to prevent them from running too far into the swamp. Thanks, Tom

I would think any of those cartridges would tip over about any deer, with a decent placed shot. I'd hate to be a deer, and bet against any of them.
To hell with them fellas, buzzards gotta eat same as the worms.

If you can't bring yourself to shoot deer with them (properly placed) then take on some coyotes, nutria, woodchucks, etc...
