Well I figured since we lost the other site we might as well restart it here.
So on with the gratuitous pics. Oh by the way OS and I have been working on ideas for the rings I'll try and post some plans after I get a chance to run them by a jewler.

Republic. I like the sound of the word. It means people can live free, go or come, buy or sell, be drunk or sober, however they choose. Some words give you a feeling. Republic is one of those words that makes me tight in the throat . . . . Some words can give you a feeling that makes your heart warm. Republic is one of those words.
Okay - I'll post mine again. Always fun to post pics of my few good guns. I'm always afraid people get tired of seeing them, but I don't have the collection many of you have.
Texas Longhorn Arms Improved Number Five in .45 Colt
First-year Ruger New Model Blackhawk in 45 Colt with some nice, thick Sambar stags
Used to own an OM .45 Blackhawk and an Acusport .45 Bisley convertible, but sold both to help pay for the TLA in .45. Would love to replace both someday.
Hey Joe, I really like your 4" 25. I just wish there was a way to build a .45 Colt gun on a K frame, cause my hands are too small. I bought my brother's 629-1, 6" with the same Pachmayer rubber grips yours has & it's just too big for me.
Cubrock, you don't have to worry about ME getting tired of seeing pics of your Longhorns.........take that to the bank! jd45

JD,
I've got a couple different types of Pachmyre grips for N frames. When we can hook up I'll bring them and you can try them out.

***Be sneaky, get closer, bust the cap on him when you can put the ball where it counts .***
The top one is a Colt Saa in 45 colt. The next is a custom aged Uberti in 45 colt. The third one is a Ruger with stag grips in 45 colt and the last is a Uberti 45 colt that I aged. I have one other Colt Saa 45 colt NIB to match the first one.
I got in late here on this subject. I have never been big on the 45 L. Colt. Elmer & Skeeter ruined me on the 44 Spl. Anyway, I only have 3 sixguns chambered for the grand ole 45 LONG Colt.
#1 is a 1941 produced Colt New Service. Made for the New York State Police. ,
,
#2 is a Colt SAA NIB Serial # Sixgun 2 (Sixgun 1 is a 38-40), ,
