OT. Customer Service as it should be

Post by iceman »

I had an old Bushnell 1.5-4.5x20 ScopeChief that I have had for at least 20 years give up the ghost. The power adjustment ring would not move. I packaged it up with a note explaining the problem and sent it to Bushnell Canada. I told them if there was to be a charge for return transport to contact me. In the mail today was a brand new 3200 Elite with rainguard 1.5-4.5x32 scope. No extra charge for transport and probably a better scope. In my opinion that is customer service. Just thought I would let you guys (and girls?) know. Thanks Iceman

I've had a similar experience.

I sent in a damaged Scopecheif IV also at least 20 yrs old and it was returned repaired and cleaned at "No Charge".

I'll be a Bushnell customer for a long, long time!

Several years ago, they replaced a post reticle with a duplex cross hair reticle for me at no charge and I still use that scope.
Service could not have been better. :)

I have bought two of the 3200 Elite scopes and are very happy with them. Seems to be a very good scope at a reasonable price. Glad to hear they stand behind their product.

RCBS is famous for that caliber of service also.

I picked up a used Piggyback of theirs at a gun show. It was missing eight small parts that they would in no way shape or form allow me to even pay just the shipping on.

It's why my loading bench is green - allways will be.
