OT - Now we're gettin' somewhere

Post by Rimfire McNutjob »

This may just be worth the "destructuve device" tax stamp and accompanying ATF anal probing.

Anzio Ironworks 20mm Rifle

It's a bit pricey but I like how it makes a 50BMG look like a play toy in the comparison picture. Check out the video of the shot with the silencer option. Plus ... it's a takedown. Mind you, the barrel is 49" so it only takes down so far.

If you like the gun, you should read John Ross' "Unintended Consequences" - http://www.amazon.com/Unintended-Conseq ... 1888118040

WOW! - Given the 'used' price, I guess someone important has decided not to allow this book to be available to the masses. A patient gave me a copy years ago, and now I guess I owe him a free office visit!

I've seen what they do from a Phantom. From an accurate rifle, things aren't safe for a mile or more.

I am starting drawings for an oversized 1886 action that will handle that round. Just have to figure out if my arm is long enough for the lever throw. And I will need some flat nosed bullets so we do not have any mag tube chain firing. Or maybe I can get Hornady to do a 20mm leverevolution?

IF you can afford the gun, surely you can also pick up around a thousand rounds of 20 mike mike, at 30 bucks a pop.
