OT - Leupold M8 - 10AO

Post by 6pt-sika »

May have a deal going for a Ruger #1B in 22 Hornet . The rifle has a LNIB Leupold M8 - 10x AO on top .

What is the going value for a 98% or better Leupold in this configuration ?

I would say they quit making them in the 70's . I can remmember when they were still made . It was about the same time Leupold made the M8 3x .
Matter of fact I have a 1974 Shooters Bible on my desk right now that shows the M8's in 2x , 3x , 4x , 6x , 7.5xAO , 10xAO and 12xAO

I have a Leupold 10X42 AO scope made in 1975. They are good varmint scopes. I've seen them go for about $250 in Ebay recently.
Well done is better than well said.
