Extra digits in the price?

Post by Rimfire McNutjob »

Did someone slip up and put a couple of extra 9's at the end of this auction price or am I out of touch with reality?

I mean, sure, it looks pretty good and all ... but wow. I still don't understand why the Blasers command the prices they do ... even the common ones. A straight pull bolt is wonderfully novel and all but if I really had to have one I think I'd have to stick with a Browning T-bolt.

It's all the artwork. If they made a base model in .308 for a reasonable price, I'd really want one.

I think he's priced it so it won't sell. IOW, he's using Gunbroker as an advertising medium.

:o :o :o Looks lke he missed the mark by about $180,000. I could care less what kind of "art work" went into that thing, it is still just a bolt gun, and an ugly one at that. :D

I'd rather have this:

At least I could claim to have the only one... but, then again, at that price I might have the only one!

Griff, did you mean, at that price, you'd have "only the one?"

Griff, I think that '94TD is a much better value for sure. Although, I'd like to have one in 32-40, 30-30, 25-35, and 38-55 instead of the combo they chose. Still, that will only get more valuable.
