Cast bullet powder for a .348

What would be a great powder for a cal..348 Winchester shooting the RCBS 200 gr. gas check bullet. Looking for a velocity of about 1900 fps.

30grs of 5744. I like the Rem. 2 1/2 primer with mild cast loads. 29grs of 4759 would be close as well. 1886.
